V Smash Carat Line offers a transparent and easy 10-day return, replacement, and refund policy applicable only to loose products.
Conditions to be Eligible for Returns, Replacements & Refunds:
- Returns, replacements, or refunds for loose products are subject to inspection by the V Smash Carat Line quality assurance team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or mishandling are not covered under our return, replacement, or refund policy.
- The returned product must be accompanied by the original product certificate, original invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, etc.
Return or Replacement Policy on Loose Products:
- Invoice Value Up to ₹49,999: Eligible for 100% money back or replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to meeting all return conditions.
- Invoice Value ₹50,000 & Above: Eligible for replacement or exchange with another product of the same value within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to meeting all return conditions.
Replacement Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with a loose product and prefer an exchange rather than a refund, you may opt for a replacement within the 10-day period. This is subject to:
- Product being in unused, original condition.
- Accompanied by all original documentation and certificates.
- Approval after inspection by the V Smash Carat Line team.
You may choose a replacement of equal or higher value (by paying the difference) from our available catalog.
Replacement Delivery Timeline: Once approved, replacements are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
